I became fascinated with all things anatomy after a horse riding injury and incorporating Soft Tissue Therapy with recovery. I knew this was something I wanted to excel in and so I graduated with a Level 5 Diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage from the renowned Oxford School of Sports Massage (the highest sports massage qualification in the UK).
I offer between 10 - 15 treatment slots per week, ensuring that I provide a quality and bespoke treatment to each individual. I treat lots of different people, some sporty, most not but all with a goal of relieving pain or discomfort. I have experience working with GB Athletes, runners, footballers, rugby players, academy kids and gym-goers for both injury and maintenance. Whether you are sat at a desk all day, driving all day, a builder, gardener or nurse if you have pain, discomfort or stress, I aim to help you.
I can also treat horses for sports massage, qualifying with Equinology in California in 2005.

Soft Tissue Therapy / Sports massage - Not just for athletes, sports massage is an effective treatment for a specific injury or annoying niggle, this could be a result of work related injury or exercise. Also used for those who regularly train in specific sports to aid recovery and performance. Usually a more active treatment utilising a variety of assessment and advanced techniques. This is not a painful treatment, as often perceived, working within your pain threshold to calm tender or sore areas.
A more general treatment, less injury specific and often covering a larger area to help reduce stress and decrease aches and pains. Often used by individuals seated all day or those with physically demanding jobs or general stress.
